Terms & Conditions DewiJoker – Official Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and DewiJoker Entertainment Ltd ("DewiJoker", "we", "the platform"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through the DewiJoker platform at https://dewijoker.biz.

Your continued use of the DewiJoker platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these terms and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail and be binding.

To register and use DewiJoker's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership
• Must be an individual — not a company, corporate body, or any other entity
• Not legally prohibited from accessing gambling services in your jurisdiction
• Registering solely in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration
• Never previously closed or banned from using the DewiJoker platform

DewiJoker reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Should a member be found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds within the account will be forfeited. DewiJoker also reserves the right to decline registration from any individual without providing a reason.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account only at DewiJoker. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment details is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended and the balances held within them will not be refunded.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation
• Notify DewiJoker immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Updating your account information whenever your details change

DewiJoker may request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, a utility bill as proof of address, and documents related to your payment method. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until the process is finalised.

DewiJoker accepts deposits via the following Malaysian local payment methods:

• DuitNow – Instant transfer via phone number or bank account number
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – the most popular e-wallets in Malaysia
• GrabPay – Via the Grab app
• Boost – Malaysia's local e-wallets
• ShopeePay – Via the Shopee app
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Includes Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum daily deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher limits may apply based on risk assessment. All deposits are credited to your DewiJoker account within 1–5 minutes after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. DewiJoker does not charge any fees for processing deposits.

DewiJoker reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity, money laundering, or unverifiable sources. This decision is final and cannot be disputed.

Withdrawals of winnings from your DewiJoker account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method, except in specific circumstances approved by the DewiJoker team
• The wagering requirement for any bonus received must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

DewiJoker reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request that raises suspicion, requires further review, or where there are reasonable grounds to believe that fraud or misuse of the platform has occurred. In such cases, DewiJoker will contact the relevant member within 24 hours.

All bonuses and promotions offered by DewiJoker — including the Welcome Bonus of up to RM1,000 for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP Rewards — are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement ranges from 20x to 35x depending on the bonus type
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members
• DewiJoker reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or abuse
• Bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, and Live Casino 5–10%

DewiJoker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. DewiJoker's decisions regarding bonus disputes are final.

All games offered on DewiJoker — including online slots, Live Casino, table games, and e-sports betting — are subject to the following general rules:

• All game results are final once a round has been completed
• In the event of a connection disruption during an active game, the system will record the last valid result and automatically credit any winnings where applicable
• DewiJoker is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond the platform's control, including internet disruptions on the player's end
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or engage in cheating will result in account suspension and the cancellation of all winnings obtained
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence algorithms, or any automated assistance tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited

For Live Casino games, the table rules displayed by the dealer or within the game interface shall apply. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised within 24 hours of the round in question. Live Casino streaming footage is retained and may be referenced for dispute resolution purposes.

For e-sports betting, DewiJoker uses official results provided by the match organiser. Should a match be postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account within 24 hours.

DewiJoker members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities at any time:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process
• Opening more than one account or using another person's account
• Cheating or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using bots, macros, or any form of automation to play
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other members or DewiJoker's support team
• Posting obscene, harmful, or unlawful content in the chat function
• Transferring account balances to another member without DewiJoker's approval

DewiJoker employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that continuously monitors account activity. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

DewiJoker reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Reporting of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• DewiJoker's business decision to terminate services to a particular member

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the DewiJoker support team via live chat or by emailing support@dewijoker.biz. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the member once all wagering requirements have been met and security checks are completed.

DewiJoker is fully committed to responsible gaming and the well-being of all our members. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, even if DewiJoker has been advised of the possibility of such losses
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond DewiJoker's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game software providers, payment providers, and network operators

All games are provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding outcomes or winnings. Gambling involves real financial risk, and you acknowledge that the possibility of losing money you wager is real and can occur.

DewiJoker's maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim.

DewiJoker reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, via email to your registered address and/or a notice displayed on the platform. Minor or technical amendments may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the DewiJoker platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
